which sites, which replies
Earful collects reviews from the App Store, Google Play, Feefo and REVIEWS.io automatically. Google, Tripadvisor and Trustpilot are collected automatically or through the Earful Companion, a free browser extension that works while you’re signed in; Booking.com, Yelp, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats, OpenTable, DoorDash and Grubhub come through the Companion. App Store and Google Play replies post straight from Earful using your own developer keys. On the Companion’s sites, it fills your reply into the site’s reply box and you press submit. For Feefo and REVIEWS.io, you copy the draft in.
review requests, fairly
Everyone you ask gets the same link to the same review page, whatever they might say. Earful doesn’t screen out unhappy customers: Google’s rules and the US FTC both forbid it. Under UK law (PECR and GDPR), only ask people who bought from you, tell them when they buy that you’ll ask, and honour opt-outs. Every request carries an unsubscribe link, and Earful keeps the suppression list for you.
apps
An app on the App Store and Google Play is one location. Earful for Apps adds rating trends by version and country, release markers on the chart, and AI topic clusters of bugs and feature requests.
paying and leaving
Payments are taken by Stripe. Plans renew each month or year until you cancel, which you can do any time from your account; the plan then stays active to the end of the period you’ve paid for. If Earful didn’t work for you, email admin@onibaku.co.uk within 14 days of a payment for a full refund of that payment. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your renewal.
