what makes a good reply
- Reply to every review, good and bad, within a day or two. People reading reviews look at the replies too.
- Use the reviewer’s name and mention something they said, so it doesn’t read like a template.
- For a complaint, say sorry, don’t argue the details in public, and give a way to get in touch.
- Keep it short. Three or four sentences is plenty.
