what you get

rating trends that line up with releases

Earful reads the version each review was left on, and the country it came from. The weekly rating chart marks the day each version first shows up in reviews, so a drop after 4.2.0 is plain to see. Break the average down by version or by country to see where it went wrong.

topics, not a wall of text

On Plus, Earful’s AI reads your recent reviews and groups them: the crash on launch, the dark mode request, the login loop. Each topic says whether it’s a bug, a feature request, praise or a complaint, how many reviews mention it, and links to them.

replies that land in the store

Add an App Store Connect API key or a Google Play service account from your own developer account, and replies post from Earful straight to the store. Earful drafts each one in your voice; you edit and press the button. The reply guide walks through setting up the keys.

alerts on the reviews that matter

Send one-star reviews, or any review that mentions “crash”, to Slack, email or a webhook. Filter by store, rating, sentiment or topic tag.

the API and MCP server

Everything is in the REST API on every plan: app trends, topics, reviews and replies. Point Claude or another assistant at Earful’s MCP server and ask it what changed in your reviews since the last release. See the API docs.
