when ReviewFlowz is the better pick

If you need reviews from sites outside Earful’s 15, send review requests by text or WhatsApp today, show reviews on your website, or route reviews into Teams or Zendesk, ReviewFlowz does that and Earful doesn’t.

when Earful is enough

If your reviews live on the big sites, and what you want is to hear about them and answer each one well, Earful does that for less, with the API and sentiment included. It suits a pub, café, B&B or small group, and app teams who mostly care about the App Store and Google Play: one app on both stores is one location.

moving across

  1. Look around the live demo, then start on Earful’s free plan with one business.
  2. Add its review pages. For Booking.com, and wherever Earful asks, add the free Earful Companion to your browser.
  3. Check the reviews Earful finds match the ones you already see, then connect Slack or email and set your reply tone.
  4. Once you’re happy, cancel your old tool from its own settings.

Moving an integration across too? The migration guide maps accounts, listings, reviews and webhooks onto Earful’s REST API.
